Welcome Welcome to the forum. I was at Speedworld on the 20th with Ron & Hal, I didn't see you there. Lemme know when you are going back to the track, I'd love to run you. My car was running 12.6's that weekend, so I guess I'll just have to cut a better light than you!!!
Thanks DanRealtor. I think the 16th is the next time I'm heading out there. I went this past Sat. night and it was cold but the track couldn't hold. I was running 12.7's pretty much all the passes. If I'm not out showing houses this weekend I hope to get in a trophy race on Sunday. If your looking to put down your best time, I would go out Saturday. The wait will be longer, but the Az Fastest Street Cars will be out there and that usually means they will spray the track with VHT(sticky stuff) maybe twice that day. These cars run about 8-10 sec 1/4 mile passes. So they need plenty of hook up. There is always a test n' tune lane at Speedworld. Gotta love it. Your car sounds like it's got plenty of get up and go. That 12.6 will beat alot cars out there. The vipers having traction trouble have a hard time running a solid 12.6 down. On sunday they have trophy bracket racing for fun. It's a blast and balances the cars for a driver's competition. Everyone that loves drag racing has to try it once. BTW my office is out of scottsdale, but I live and specialize on the west side of town. Love this buyers market. Only problem the real bargains are going really quick. Good thing more are on the way to lender owned, bad for economy and the people losing their homes. Take care and see you out there soon. Cruzinquick
