    I did ground sirloin burgers this weekend...i did 3/4 pound of bacon precooked...then took 2 pounds ground sirloin into 10 patties(for 5 people) and put bacon on top of 5 of them...then sealed them with the other 5 patties. Then cooked! The meat was seasoned with red pepper,garlic,seasoned pepper, and seasoning salt. yummy!

    actually when you have good friends that live this close a good bbq happens almost every weekend ;)
