APS 2800 torque converter...

    PPP should be able to tell you if that is a 2800...if not send it back and get one....one of the best mods I did....my brother's RT will smoke the tires for a 100 ft without power braking..

    Its definietly not a 2800. If I had to rate it, I would call it a 2,000 stall.

    Well, Jon just left the shop and I must say he is pretty excited. I will let him post dyno numbers and such, but I will say that while I was on the phone with him, he was doing burnouts on the interstate at 55mph. lol. Also, he is making 470rwtq from 3800rpm through 5500rpm.

    All doubt has been erased. I left PPP with a PI 2800 and that is how a converter is supposed to feel. The APS unit did not feel like this at all.

    I knew something was wrong when you said you couldnt tell any difference..When I installed the APS I had to get used to it as it made a big difference in how the car pulled during acceleration...my brother's RT is the same way..
