Get with Hal. Hal still has one sitting in his garage. Hal had a 408 Stroker built for that fugger as well.

I know a little. I had a LS2 403 stroker with AFR225's, Jesel Y2K rockers, Bullet solid roller, Scat forged crank and rods, JE custom pistions. Had a ProCharger D1SP and lots of other stuff. Lost interest due to the engine builder taking 2 years to finish the motor.
The long block ended up in a TT dunebuggy. The ProCharger on someone elses F-Body.

The Z28 sits in the garage missing many parts that where stolen and/or sold. Has a brand new LS6 Corvette long block. Need another 3 to 4 grand to finish it.

a 550 to the rear is a beast. it pretty much has to be meth and make around the same mpg your car does right now if not a couple miles better. is it manual or is there a tq converter?

What are the cam specs? You can do alot of tuning. LS1edit. 6M or 4A? Not hard to get 425 RWHP with H/C and still be very streetable. What boost?
LS1's have shitty rod bolts and pistions. Can't take to much cylinder pressure. I was running a pretty big cam, 610/598 236/248 on a 111 LSA. 6 speed with 4.11's. Blew it up with only a 100 shot NX dual MAF wet kit. Lost a weak ass piston.

If the cam isn't took big and running low boost it could be a very good daily driver.

The car is a six speed. No meth as of now.I could always de-tune it if need be I guess.
The only problem know is it get a little hot in North Carolina heat during the summer.I questioned the timing but assured it was dead on.So a bigger radiator i guess??FYI I can get this car for a song..The mods have only about 3k miles if that. It also has kooks headers btw..Hal is that the car from AZS&S?? :(??

i was always under the impression you had to go to meth to be upwards of 520rwhp. im amazed it doesnt have it.

a six speed should get pretty darn good mpg. the only manual i ran with a built ls1 was in my 00 c5. it got around 20 city and 26 highway. 500hp.

Should be a nice daily driver, especially with the 6 speed.. Did you see the dyno sheet? Stay with the low boost with stock block and not to much timing advance.
