Any Members Running a Whipple Blower? I just put a deposit down on a Whipple 2.9 S/C, I did a search for the Whipple and came up empty? any of you guys using this set up! Any info will be appreciated! Thanks.
I do not believe there are any 2.9L blowers running on a Hemi. I only know of two Whipples running on Hemi's...Jected's 3.4 and PPP's 2.4 on a 5.7L. Just not alot of units out there compared to the other S/C options.
My dad has a 2.3 l whipple on his boat and gonna but the 3.3l whipple on soon so im gonna take his 2.3 l whipple and get the kit from andy
Just replied to your PM....Hope that helps mate Yep...and loving it. There are more Whipple blown LX's and LY's installed than you think running around I promise you that . And plenty of development on these kits as well (over 2 years). The only reason why a lot of details have not been posted like other companies have done is due to Yella Terra not into the forums thing like everyone else seems to be. I promise you though, just as much, if not more has been done with these kits and were the first comany to produce a twin screw blower for our cars. Actually thinking about it, the first PD setups for our cars came from the land down under.....Not bad going if you ask me
Yeah I figured there were a few running down under, just not really any over here. PPP needs to get that info posted..would be nice to see HP #"s, track times, reliability etc etc for the 2.4/2/9L As it stands now all we have to go on is Justin's 5.7 with a 2.4L on it and nothing else.
