Does anyone know if a 6 speed auto will be offered in the R/t OR srt? I think I'm ready to buy one, being that Trojan seems to be the only one on here that owns one..I looked at the B5 superbee on a lot and even with employee pricing it was still @$42,600 plus tax... YIKES!!
I think GM is the only company out there with a 6-speed auto. Mercedes has a 7-speed, but it's rated for much lower torque than the current 5 speed we have.
Many companies offer 6 speed automatics, including Chrysler, but not in the Toronto vehicles. SRTs are not eligible for employee discounts.
I will buy a challenger only if they offer auto tranny with the track pak. Just think auto trans,3.92 gears and posi.
