Well folks! I don't think I've shared this yet. My loving wife has decided to forgo her BMW and let me get a Raptor 6.2 instead. Yep, you heard it right. I will have a 6.1 Charger SRT8 and a 6.2 Raptor SVT. This truck is freaking amazing. For those who know me, know, that this video is everything I've ever wanted to do in a vehicle....and its legal!! No worry about tickets...an occasional rollover...but it's still covered under warranty!

I just want to say that only Bud could get me to open a thread with the words "I just jizzed in my pants" in the title. Frankly I'm not so sure that's a good thing either. :shifty:

I've got a way to go before I get one. I've got to finish this deployment in October...head back out the door six months later, and then I'll get it. I don't think it makes sense to get it when I'm only going to be home for a short time...again! I'll wait for the 6.2 to be out for about a year..which is a year from now....and buy a low mileage used one. Hell, I've have been gone 17 of 24 months by then. I'm not sure I'll ever want to see a desert again. LOL

My brother in law just got back from Again-a-stan. Navy EOD assigned to a SEAL TEAM. Right at 20yrs. One more rotation and done. I have a huge respect for what you guys do and have done. If you're ever on the East Coast I owe you a beer. But promise me that the jizz stays where it should be.

Thanks brother! I'd love to share a beer with you. And I "usually" keep the jizz in an old brown t-shirt these days...just couldn't help myself when I saw the Raptor video...LOL. Is your brother-in-law east or west coast?

Luckily, we live an hour and a half from where the video was taken. And, there are a couple of technical areas off-road near the Proving Grounds.

West Coast now. Was in FL at the beginning, came here to Blackwater for some infantry training (muzzled 1 too many SEALS). Then went to TX and now San Diego, CA. He's had an interesting 20 years to say the least.
