6.1l Engine Dyno Testing

    So if its basically a bone stock motor which would be the same as in any of our cars....would you say your stock dyno would be what anyone of us would/should expect to see if we yanked the motor out and threw it on an engine dyno?

    is it putting more power?

    less power?

    I dont know what the fuel management system would do for you in terms of power so i am curious

    A stand alone system such as AEM, we have complete controlability on all tuning aspects of the engine. We would eventually like to do a comparison with a modified Factory system versus a stand alone system i.e. AEM Fuel Management.

    A stock system makes LESS power than the AEM fuel management

    The more we tune the engine with AEM, the more power we are making.

    You will not see the same results with a CMR/Diablo tune.

    More 6.1l Hemi Testing

    Testing will resume tommorrow.

    Test 1
    • Ported Manifold Using Stock Throttle body (Stock Heads)

    Test 2
    • Ported Manifold Using 90mm Throttle body (Stock Heads)

    Test 3
    • Ported Manifold Using Stock Throttle body (CMW DRC Heads)

    Test 4
    • Ported Manifold Using 90mm Throttle body (CMW DRC Heads)

    All test will be tested with AEM Fuel Management and 91 octane fuel
