A short while back we installed the following on Robert's Challenger SRT8, and I just realized I never posted about his build! Here is the package we put together for Robert, and installed: - Arrington Phase 4 Heads - Arrington .586 Cam - Arrington Stage 2 Ported Intake - Arrington 90mm Throttle Body - Kooks Long Tube Headers w/ Catted Mid - MBRP Catback Exhaust (previously installed) - Pro Torque 2800 Stall Converter - Techco Lowering Springs With this combination, the car dyno'd at 450 rwhp and 400 rwtq back in late September. It was tuned down here in South Florida by Johan at Diablosport. I don't recall the temperature, but it was warm, as usual! Definitely made me want to replicate the set-up if I were going to run naturally aspirated!
Just received the following message from this customer, who posted on our shop forums (thread here): THANKS FOR THE POSTING LISA. CAR RUNS GREAT AND TOOK IT TO THE TRACK A FEW WEEKS BACK AND I RAN 11.9 @109 MPH WITH THE STOCK TIRES. WITH ALL THE NEW POWER IT WAS HARD NOT TO SPIN FIRST GEAR WITHOUT SLICKS. NEXT TIME I GO BACK TO THE TRACK I WILL HAVE 17" SLICKS. WITH GOOD TRACTION I HOPE TO BE IN THE MID 11'S.AS FAR AS FUTURE ENGINE MODS I WOULD LOVE A 4263 STROKER BOTTOM END TO GO WITH THE GREAT TOP END PARTS I HAVE NOW. THANKS AGAIN.
