OK.....being new to this LX "thing" I have a question. Has any one tried a 255/35/20 on the front and a 275/35/20 on the rear with a Michelin PS2 or Dunlop. They seem to be 3/4" lower...??:surprise:
I've thought about it and I know its been discussed on other forums, the consensus is that it would not look right. The wheel gap on the top of the wheel well could be eliminated by lowering the car but the gap on the sides of the wheel wells would be way too much IMO and the car would have no ground clearance after lowering it enough to get rid of the gap.
It'll look stupid bud. A nice 20" tire is a 255/45/20 all the way around. You could also run a 275/40/20. I have 255/45's on the front and 295/40's on the rear. If your looking at roadrace tire, the 35 would be decent, less sidewall flex.
Not bad but it needs to be dropped I run 245/45/20 and 275/40/20 invos and also the 265/35/22 and 295/30/22 and im dropped rather low and have 0 issues.
