ok guys, getting a company car so I don't have to drive the 300 for work anymore....question is...do I go crazy on the 300...426..440 or get a older chally and start to work on it....like a 09 with higher miles....

not too sure here....looking for some input..thanks.

The 300 will be faster. Its still lighter than the 2 door.

300 or Chally??..Hmmmmm:hmm:.....Is someone there that can slap you around?...:chair:...LOL....Chally....It will always be worth more than the 300 and it looks like, well, a muscle car. I am not saying the 300 aint nice..it is....just.....

As far as weight just figure on spening an extra $200 for a mod that will give you 5-10HP.....and note that the weight difference can reverse depending on mods...a base Chally will probably weigh less than a decked out 300 with a sun roof..

Sell/trade the 300 and begin with a Challenger. No other reason other than to me it looks and sounds more at home with a radical exhaust note and screaming down the 1320. Plus, anything available in the aftermarket for LX is also available LC, but not visa-versa. The aftermarket loves the Chally, if you plan on heavily modifying, start there.

Manual or auto is a matter of individual preference.....At one time a manual was the way to go for me....now I rather sit back and enjoy the ride...

Auto for me too, the older I get the more i hate to shift... and no matter what, the consistency of an auto in the quarter mile is never going to be duplicated by a human.

If you are wanting to build an autocross car, or something for the twisties on the street, go manual, lots more fun.

As for a pure toy I´d get a Chally, manual at that!
A really scary muscle car should have a manual and need a man with a firm hand to handle it. (Now I will get in trouble with Maureen... lol)
