That is crazy....the prior Jeeps had been less than a $1K more than the LX SRTs....now it's $9K more?
Wow..... Are the TBSS still in production? What else is competition for the GCSRT8? The Porsche and AMG type SUVs attract a different crowd...
No more TBSS. Right now the competition is itself and and they are pricing themselves out of their old demographic. Price to HP there really isn't anything around them.
Any real photos of this thing yet? The spy shots bummed me out w/ the dual exhaust towards the edge of the rear valence. One of my favorite traits of the current GCSRT8 is the center exhaust :drool:
It was at the New York auto show six years ago that Jeep introduced the first Grand Cherokee SRT8. When it debuted, any context for the truck was nearly nonexistent—although a bizarrely appropriate challenger appeared at that same show in the form of the Chevrolet TrailBlazer SS.
