It's getting to be about that time again. looks like March 31st is this years date. I've been every year for the last 6 years, and there has always been some very nice stuff to look at. Last years among others was a twin turbo viper, and a Lexus LFA were on display. You won't find a better show for the money...did I mention the cost to attend is FREE!!! Sounds like a GREAT show; however that IS the same day as the Viet Nam Veterans Homecoming at the Charlotte Motor Speedway that I plan on attending.
I'm not going to be able to make it since I'm going to still be over here in afghanistan; however, I did let the guys in GALXClub know about it... Don't know if they are going to show or not.
That's cool...to bad you are in Afghanistan, I hope you stay safe over there! As for the show, it is a really fun show, they have some really cool stuff show up. Especially considering they don't charge for admission. I think the first time I saw the Challenger was at this show. A few years back, before the Challengers hit the market, some of the Alums who worked for Dodge arranged to bring down some stuff, the Challenger being one of them.
She may not be the prettiest girl at the ball...but she'll still turn a few heads! Yesterday I was washing my car, getting her ready for next week-end. (which I must say, promise to take her out and show her a good time, the ol' girl does clean up nicely) When I hear a "Whooooooaaaaaaaa!" I look up in time to see a guy in a Mustang GT who was driving by, come to a stop. Back up, and ask me how much I was selling it for. I laughed, and told him she ain't for sale. LoL!
It was another great show...there were a lot of cool stuff at the show, I'll try have a picture thread up later today.
