I've had a 2008 Dodge Caliber SRT-4 on order since Nov. 6th. At first it was delayed because of the 13 speaker, kick-*** sound system I selected as an option. That was resolved in December. I've done inventory searches on several Dodge dealers in the NY, NJ, MA, CN area and some dealers have them on their lot now. Why is my order still not complete? It has been "D" coded for several weeks, a VIN has been assigned but still no car. I think 3+ months is long enough to wait for a new car. Any ideas for what I can do? Who to contact?
First talk to the dealer. If they are no help then call the SRT Team. They helped me with putting a fire under dealership's ass to even acknowledge the fact I was trying to spend my money on a Superbee.
