18" Winter Wheels for an SRT8

I'm looking into putting a set of winter wheels/tires on my SRT8... I have seen some deals on Dodge/Chrysler 18" rims locally and online, and wanted to know what I would have to do to make them work. Do I need spacers for something like a Charger R/T wheel to get around the Brembos?

While we're at it... Anyone in the NJ / NYC area have a set of 18" rims they'd be willing to sell?

This was his response to someone asking him how he fit 17's on an SRT when he didnt think he could on a R/T.

 

...I just can't remember who (of a few) had 18's for winter tires. Maybe it was for the strip. Ping Erik (hemi31). I kind of sort of think maybe he had them on his mag up there at the north pole?

not sure but i'd imagine if the steelies can fit on there those could too with the spacers.
