08 srt 8 lx wont start

hello I have a 2008 charger srt 8 lx. woke up this morning. car won't start this has happened to me in the past I usually just boost the battery. was wondering has anyone had this problem with the battery constantly getting drained. I don't think its the alternator. any resposne would be appreciated. Thank You.

 

I am wondering if you have the heartbeat issue (which is a TSB). This is from the sub woofer beating even after the car has been turned off.

If not that, then you have something staying on or you need to replace the battery?

Have you had the battery tested?

 

thats what i was wondering. can you hear an occasional thumping noise after you turn your car off? to me it always sounded like somebody dribbling a basketball behind me

yes i do have that same problem. sounds like a thumping. how can i fix that

 

There's a TSB on it. They will re-flash the sunroof module (assuming it's the same problem).

 

i changed the battery and had a esp/bas light stayed on i ran diagnastic with the diablo
and no issue found so i cleared the code anyone ever hear of this ?

 

Dealer should flash that for you...

I had the car for less than a week before I found it dead in my driveway from the Heartbeat TSB lol

 

Yeah it's been a while but; any update?
