Did any of you guys have that "speaker thump" problem with your factory stereo on your 06 LX?? I upgraded my stereo recently, but kept my factory head unit, and I'M STILL GETTING IT!!!! Was there a TSB for this?? Any advice on how to fix?? Does it come form the head unit or the amp?????

Can this all be from the same thing?

I had this TSB done twice and its not fixed lol

but whats gonna happen is it will get worse...and then your gonna go out one day (even if you drive your car often) and it will be dead...

had the car a week of driving it every day and bam the thing was a paperweight in the driveway lol

oh and the reason I had the "heartbeat" was cause something was screwy with the sunroof...or something like that lol

Dang, I had that one done and somehow I didn't save a pdf of the TSB...

Believe it or not the fix is to flash the sunroof module.

When I first turn off the car I'll hear one thump or heartbeat and that's it. My car has always done this and I've never had a problem with the battery dying. I think the noise is from the amp in the trunk de-energizing or something like that.

If you just hear a faint noise or just one or two...its not bad

when my car died it was like

*thud* *thud* *thud* *thud* like someone was hitting the trunk mat or something...
