I'm not sure how the 6.1 PCM does it, but my PCM hunts for 14.7 until I hit 82% throttle. Then it goes into it's WOT fuel maps and I run 10.0...

Since you have an 03, I would assume you have a schrader valve at the end of the fuel rail. Push in the valve and have someone turn your car on....

Correct. The NSRT is 5x100 (I think) and the CSRT is 5x114 My numbers might be wrong...but it's something like that.
