I would add at least 10% fuel straight across till you can get your A/F checked on a dyno or with a wideband.
Mopar filters are made by Purolator not Fram.I use Mopar or Napa Gold in my cars and truck.

CMR with larger injectors and not sure yet on the fuel pump/boost-a-pump front.
Nope.....about 15 minutes on the third start, doing a steady 50 mph.....it hates that steady throttle stuff.Just more air than the PCM want to see.
