Disagree, that's normal. In fact if you ride down a long enough grade, the PCM will cut all fuel and you'll see 21.00 AFR...scared the crap out...
If you're sure the O2s, wiring, and fuel are all good. I think I'd start with the MAP sensor and/or tune.
When you re-load it, it wipes out all of the adaptives...so unfortunately, you have a legit problem. :(

You can paint/dye them with SEM products. Alex (BigAl470) did his whole interior this way. I think he did a thread on it over on lxforums.
Sounds like that fuel pump was set up for a carburated application, they don't need much fuel pressure at all. EFI is a totally different story.
Plenty of people have done it so they could rotate tires. Personally, I think the wider tire is hard on the steering components...plus good tires...

If you have aftermarket heads, its a 50/50 shot that they have aftermarket exhaust valve springs...and several brands of those are known to fail....
An OEM spring or aftermarket valve spring?
