where did you get the "cowl" part??? how do you plan on bonding the two?? i assume you are going to use your stock hood and add the raised cowl...

lot of times this is caused by a bad speed sensor in the front wheels. ties into the abs/traction systems. easy fix if in fact this is the issue.
that is not why he would be squirming....... lol
