Idk about the .7 faster when I had my lightning it was a 00 and I ran 14.2 all night with street tires without power braking just stomp and go

With 120 more hp I would hope there faster cause the 99-00 only had 360hp while the 01-03 had 380hp and the srt10 had what 500 in stock form but...
