I was just wondering since I have a Stage 3 w/toys on order and should be receiving it in about a month from now. I wanted to get your DCR "ramp mod" done and also get the o2 housing ported to match my Maxxfab 3" o2 housing. What's down time like once I send the Stage 3 turbo/manifold and Maxxfab o2 housing? Also do I need to go to your site and pay for the work much I ship it out or after it's ready to be shipped back to me? Matt

Just curious though but this might seem like a few dumb questions since I'm new to the turbo world. 1. What exactly will the 3" bell mouth inlet option do for the turbo? 2. Is it something I must also have done part of the "ramp mod" 3. Also will I benefit from it? It's just that I'm on a budget and my original plan was just to get the Ported matched o2 Housing option only since I have my other money spent on other parts I needed to get. Do I need to print out my invoice after paying online and send it with the turbo/manifold to you so that you know what work is needed to be done or do i need to contact you before shipping it out first? Hey Matt, The DCR 3" Bell Mouth Inlet with our Custom Antisurge Port work it opens up the compressor inlet and with the antisurge port work will allow you to boost your turbo up to more psi. What we will do is get you to put a note in the box with what all we are doing to your turbo set up. Once we recive your turbo and manifold we will call you and let you know that we recived it. Once it is ready to ship back to you we will take care of payment then. I like it. I think you got me sold on getting the 3" Bell Mouth and custom Antisurge port work. Is that black ceramic coating extra cost or is it part of the DCR Stage 3 mod? I really love the black ceramic coating since I'm going for the whole blue/black look with my car.
The high heat black ceramic coationg is an extra $110.00 we send it out and have it custom coated for the customer it they want it done. It does look sweet.
DCR Stage 3 Modification and Anti-Surge Here at DCR, we have found the Stage 3 Turbo Kit and the Stock Turbo on the SRT-4 are great building blocks to adding easy horsepower without many other modifications to your car. We are capable of performing all the modifications to the stock turbo just like the Stage 3 Turbo. DCR Stage 3 Modification/Lucky Seven- Port Compressor Inlet, Port Compressor Discharge, and Reramp the scroll area to maximize the effective push of the exhaust gases to the exducer of the turbine wheel. DCR Anti-Surge- 3" Bell Mouth Inlet with Anti-Surge Features. Surge can happen if the compressor inlet is too restrictive , and/or if there is a lot of pressure drop in the intercooler plumbing. With the DCR Anti-Surge features, you eliminate or minimize the surge to prevent turbo bearing damage. We highly recommend this with all of the Stage 3 modifications.
Sweet. Would I be looking at about a 2-3 week instead of 2 week turn around if I get the ceramic coating done? I'll probably get everything done including the Black ceramic coating. Also would it be about $910.00 + shipping back to me?
