Thanks guys. Just noticed this thread. I posted a brief story in the LX SRT-8 forum too.

Talked to vvv90 and 1bad4dr from the track.

The East coast guys left me a voicemail to say my record was broken. Little did they know, I had already upped the record FOUR MIUNTES earlier.

But seriously - any one of these cars that can get into the 10's is a major accomplishment. The tranny is ready to quit at these levels.

 

Congrats to everyone who broke that elusive barrier today....and each had a different setup! SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!

 

Hey - who makes those little signature badges for 1/4 and 1/8th mile times?

I think I'm the first guy to need a 10 second 1/4 mile AND a 6 second 1/8th.

 

I still do not believe the CAI has been tested enough...
