Gotta hand it to the Saudi's, they do love cars! I am not surprised that the GC won... But, I think that is a Cayenne, not a Cayman.
No it is a Cayman which are SLOW I have driven both the Cayman and Cayman S and own a Cayenne, if it was the S it would of held its ground past 3rd gear the Cayman is slower than dirt and shifts horribly. The Cayman is Porsches bottom of the barrell affordable compact car the S is fun to drive but still 1st and 2nd have no balls now up to speed on the road and it pulls like a SOB if you see in the vid there is a section where the Cayman is not too far back once they are rolling.
Like I said bottom of the barrell each time I got in one I was like THIS IS IT, there are no bells or whistles in it heck my Cayenne has a much better interior than the Cayman
Yeah they look cool as hell and very sporty looking just lacking what a true Porsche sport car should be and oddly enough the S is quiter than the basic Cayman go figure, but I do love when people see you pop the hood and put your bags in there
Hahaha, yeah, that's funny! I just went for a drive, and pulled up next to a Cayman S. I laughed at him, and he didn't understand why...:grin: Yesterday, I saw an OLD 914 with Nebraska plates! The thing was a rust bucket, but it made it to Florida from Nebraska! They don't build them like that anymore. (Thank God!!):grin:
the cayman S is actually detuned so that people wont choose it over the carrera. some tuning here and there gets it up and over carrera s power. my buddy has a tuner version of the cayman S. i cant remember who makes it, but i will see if i can find pics he sent. he actually lives down there in chula with the EQ boys....haha. watch out for a flat black cayman guys.
