Milan...you just lost however much time it took to write this. Jason won't have any of this in a year....Hell, Mrs. Momo won't even let him have the gas money to get to Fontana to race!! hehe

Tisk Tisk, so sad that you still deny the true Team guy here. Its ok. We all know who the real :fear: is... lol BTW time in the box watching tv screens DOES NOT count. Especially when your write up for a combat action ribbon and purple heart references your "Epic and fierce battle with the SCI shredder"

OK Jason.... do I have to call the wifey and see what exactly your options are here? Remember what you were told at the SF (by my better half)... Lol! First off.... how long do you plan on keeping your Charger? Is there a slight chance of a snowball in hell of you trading in for the Challenger? Not to burst your bubble... but remember, every bit of power upgrade usually means less life on your car's engine. There are guys out there doing it right and spending the extra $$$ (or have the knowledge to do it themself) to ensure they leave little to chance for damage to their beast. These cars are sweet out of the box, but it seems we always want more...Lol! Weight is one of our biggest problems... hit the salad bar and pick up two tenths! Actually, if I could afford it, I would be modding the hell out of mine as well!

You're just pissed because Ryan's cousins stole your stereo and now your truck won't start consistently. Don't get me wrong, I feel for you...

    OMG! LMAO!!!

My "street" racing is completely impromptu.

Headers: IMO, likely not worth the $$$ for the gain. The other engine stuff... that's what I was thinking...

Listen frogmen, this is my thread about my mods. I'd never go so far off topic in one of your threads... *cough*... Not a forum for you two to debate papercuts, grenade launchers, throat slitting and time in the box... let me live the dream for now, please!

BTW: Dave, got your PM. Will consider!!!

    If I'm lucky!

That's strange Milan, somehow I thought you were married and had kids?

Wife answer: "Why don't you think about making your FAMILY your hobby?"

I wouldn't say that! There are no guarantees!

I'm trying to make that statement false!

That's what the wife said to me: "Instead of spending the $$$ on your car, why don't you use it so that (our son) has a better life?!?!"

What do you say to that?!?!

I do have a little girl and another on the way as you know. There is no reason why you cannot do both. It's called time management lol. Financially, our kids will have anything they need. However you have a life as well and although we ALL love our families, you must also find outlets that YOU enjoy apart from work and family IMO...I know I need to. If you 'can' afford it....than do it. If it will put a hurt on your family...then don't. Negotiation at it's best. It really is a numbers' game. Family is always first...hobbies have to play second fiddle. I did like your idea of some side work though Momo...many around here make a lot of cash working at clubs and stuff..I don't know what you're rules on this are though.

I want to stay away from nitrous... but the heads/cam is indeed something I'm interested in.

You also have to completely come to grips with saying, "Screw the warranty" in case something breaks. That can be a tough one.

Jees, you just HAD to say that didn't you. Inevitable, but you didn't have to say it right now. Now there's going to be megawatts of consternation about "I have convinced myself that I'm going to do mods but I'm just not sure about maybe giving up my warranty..."

I know...but having learned of 'recent' incidents with busted valve springs and blown motors...it had to be done. A reminder to plan wisely could save Momo from years of heartache on the streets or at Mom's house. Don't fret Momo, just save enough for the valvetrain upgrades haha.
