Nice list Jon...similiar to the mods I did to my former Charger....you need the hiflow cats though...:thumb:.........BTW..did you show that guy your version of my video..
LOL. I still have the stock cam though. I need to show him the "SRT10 Smokin'" when it comes out...if it comes out... All I have is a 170 mph run on my cell phone. I am currently waiting for a week day off so I can replace my two BENT wheels with two new ones. "Oh you silly pothole, look what you have done" is exactly what I said...
Here are some pics also... Heads on the kitchen table Heads installed BT catch can HID bulbs in low beams Pics of car brand new with evil side moldings on 245s and 275s Toyos brand new Charger in full time use (notice the Christmas lights) Cell video of me being an idiot (doesn't always work) Horrible vid of sequential turn signals (or hazards in this case)
I had forgot how big the ports were on the 6.1....cell video was good...that was something I had meant to do before trading my SRT8...never had it over 135....:wallbash:
LOL...all you have to do is ask my wife. She doesn't even want to get in the car with me anymore! Besides, I don't even want to see a time at a track where I live...6800 feet altitude!!!
Grand Junction and Douglas are probably about the same distance for you. Those are the closest tracks I know of. Never been to the track in Grand Junction. But it looks like it is pretty busy there. I live in Riverton and try to go to Douglas as much as I can. Only 4800' of so there. But DA's run 6000-8500'. I finally got fed up with the bad air and took the truck down to Phoenix just to get a good time. If you ever feel like making a road trip to the track let me know and I will try to go too.
Lol, I lived in Riverton for a bit, and my dad works at Pertech (formerly DHPrint, Eaton, etc.) He's been there 30 years or so. I bet we know many of the same people if you've been there a while...I'm in Green River now. Last time I was in Douglas the track was in serious need of some repairs. I hope it is still up and running.
I have lived here for most of my life(26 years). I know Douglas is wanting to do some repaving and they are putting up a new side rail. I raced about 4 times there last year. About 60-70 cars show up every weekend. Probably do know some of the same people.
Oh man, you have no idea. I am starting something that is going to cost me a LOT of fun money. We ALLLLLL know you need a fully forged bottom to crank the boost up...and while you are at it you may as well grab the biggest displacement you can...afford... sigh...
I will definitely look you up this summer. We can make a trip or three to Douglas. Believe it or not we actually rolled a car on the Douglas race track proper. The circumstances are definitely not what you are thinking but it was hairy nonetheless. I go to Riverton quite a bit and bring my kids up to my dads place. If you want to shoot me a PM I'll definitely look you up in a few week-ends when I go up there again. We'll open the shop door and have a few....pops.
My wife is not going to take very kindly to you peer pressuring me you know... Besides, I am hooked beyond escape. I won't even try
Man to bad you don't live cloeser to me or I would take you for a ride and then cackle manically as you beelined to the bank for a loan...lol
