    I am about to go to Wal-Mart and be a greeter!

    I have applied, and applied and applied....

    The job market sucks, and not having a degree or any certificates sucks!!
    (I know the job, just don't have any freekin paperwork to prove it...)

    Yeup!

    This usually results in either being under-qualified, or over-qualified.

    It's frustrating as hell!!!

    I just wanna work!!!:poop::poop::poop:

    I spend a lot of time getting jobs for students...if you don't mind, a few tips:

    1. Be sure you put the name of the organization you are sending the resume to in the objective statement. This personalizes the resume and differentiates it from all of the mass mailed resumes that are generic resumes.

    2. Do homework. If you can contact a director level person or above by telephone first, then use that person's name in the objective your resume will not be ignored.

    3. Use a spell checker. Be sure there are no grammatical errors. Be clear, concise, and use measurable quantitative measures of your achievements.

    Most importantly...look for good companies...not for a job. Take any position in a good company...regardless of title or salary. Immediately become a superstar in that good company...and trust them to recognize your skills and talent and they will move you to the appropriate level in the appropriate position.

    words of wisdom Roy. Don't be out hunted in the job market. Listen to Roy, if you were going fishing or hunting you'd get prepared....it's the same thing. Outsmart the other guy.
