Port that manifold Lou and I'd think you'd be doing a lot better with those heads. Pretty consistent runs and good reaction times.
Ok me a lou are all tied now 2 and 2.Tonite was the most crowded i have seen it. I was really pleased with my gains from the CMR tune that Scott at GSM did 4 me. Heres the runs. Bone stock my runs at 1285 and 1071 ft were 8.39, 8.39, 8.41, 8.42, 8.44, 8.44 and 8.47. The 60 fts ran in the 1.80-1.81. So i picked up .13 on my best and .15 on my worst runs and picked up 1 hundredth on my 60 fts. Both lanes seemed about the same. Tire pressure was 40 front 36 rear.I still feel theres about 1 tenth left in the tune on a good nite. Last nite the temps were 66 down to 61 on all runs as you can see from the DA altitudes as the track is normally at 420 FT. We were also runing against a cross wind in the early runs then it calmed down but it didnt seem to hurt my runs. 4th time out Run 1 right lane - DA Altitude.....1131 ft RT................=.551 60 FT...............1.883 Spun real bad 330..................5.381 1/8..................8.325 MPH................83.28 Run 2 left lane DA Alitiude.....1100 ft best run of the nite RT................=.547 60 FT.............1.798 330................5.310 1/8................8.260 MPH..............83.14 Run 3 left lane DA Altitude... 1011 ft RT..............=.476 red lite against LOU LOL 60 FT.............1.819 330................5.353 1/8................8.310 MPH..............82.94 Run 4 right lane DA Atitude...... 830 ft RT...............=.536 good lite against Lou on this run 60 FT...........1.836 spun a little 330..............5.363 1/8..............8.318 MPH............82.97 Next time out Lou will have his manifold on and i hope Tamera, Andrew, Lyle, Dave and Steve can make it as i would like to see Steve run his new 300 srt-8 bone stock. There was another GSM 300 srt-8 there last nite that ran a 8.13 and 8.27 that i saw .
