who else got a hard on from the ferrari man made on the national geographic channel last night? after it was over i had to smoke a cigarette, i would give my left nut to work in that factory and test drive those prancing horses all day.
Man, I missed it. I was watching that show on Speed where they guess how fast someone is going to make it down the quarter mile...can't remember what it's called now.
You could probably test drive one of the prancing Queerteetes all day for free, they might even pay you.
i would, but then they would be bitching all day about soreness. i can barely handle my phone bill as it is...:huglove:
it was basically an hour long hd showing of the internal workings of the ferrari plant in maranello, italy. totally blew me away how they build each and every component to the new 599 in house.
Ah Yes! Pass Time. They had that resident guru from the show who is spot on...it's alright. Mostly like to see different cars blast down the track. Had some hillbillies on it the last few times I've seen it. Still waiting for that Bullrun show with Goldberg to come back since they were 'supposed' to have a S/C'd Charger SRT8 on it for the 2nd season.
We (Legmaker, 1bad4dr, and I) were just talking about that show... We think that the resident expert sandbags it until the last couple of cars.... because he is usually behind, and then ends up winning.... Cool show though! We should get a bunch of us from the are together and go run while they are filming!:busted::busted:
great idea scott!!!! hey, was a pleasure having dinner with you and ron tonight!!! you have a great looking family!!!! you can get the beers at old town next time i see you out there buddy!!!!
steve - saw that show a few months back and was blown away at the level of detail that those cars are made with!!! i can def see why you pay a premium for those cars. the interior fabricators, leather people, and the foundary where every engine block is made was incredible!!!
