The Resignation letter sent to Vertical Scope in December: In regards to this pm and the quoted one from Hemee the owners and the staff of BWoody had quite the meeting today about ekool’s and hemees pm's this morning, many hard copies were passed around from this incident and past incidents, seems as though hemee states she can read pm's and you had stated on redline forums a while back that you couldn't read pm's when we were having the problems with yeahididit2 selling traction bars through pm's, I specifically remember forwarding one to you and you did nothing about it. And yet another incident when hemee was pm'ed about problem's with certain member’s unrully pm's to other members and hemee stated she couldn't read pm's....But now she can? Seems funny how your not there for the paying vendors when they need you, but let someone talk bad about one of the admins here and your all about revoking privileges, so now it's a privilege to give you money? Im sorry seems like for the past year all of your forums have been on a spiral downward, advertising is essential for any business, but know this YOUR site is not the only srt or any other performance forums on the net. The owers and staff decided today to break free from your forums due to the lack of respect you have paid this company in the past and the threat of revoking their privilege of being a vendor broke the camels back. Today one of the owners (gregg) was online pm-ing a few members and his message was corrupted some how. We figure whether your site or not, you do not have the right to perform an invasion of privacy (as you stated in the past why you could not read pm's) and your website is also unconstitutional to the freedom of speech act. So this Sir is our formal resignation from this site as well as all others that you and your company owns, we will no longer support you and your cause, as we feel as Americans you and your forums have violated our trust. Mike Sales/Marketing Manager BWoody Performance The Telephone call from Vertical Scope: We then received a call from a Vertical Scope representative asking that we stay and they would work through this problem and the representative said she would call back within a week to arrange a new payment method directly through Vertical Scope. We agreed as long as the issues were resolved and we acknowledged that we would remain vendors after the issues were resolved. The representative has never called back and we have left 11 messages on her voicemail since December our contact at Vertical Scope was Sarah Vachio 1-416-341-8950 option 3 autoforums. Message to ekool: Your a lying douche bag, I have paypal reciepts for all of the forums that were current and up to date, You just keep refusing the funds (reason why our request to Vertical scope to arrange another payment method) and we all know already you can manipulate any pm or posted conversation since you are the Admin on the forum. And as far as demands and ultimatims? Of course I did you refused to answer any of my Pm's and you negleted us as a vendor by not returning pm's within a reasonable time frame. So if anyone actually believes anything you say I'll sell them some better beach front property than you were offering.

All of the Admin's here act as they should VERY PROFESSIONAL, and we have never had to wait anymore than 2 hours for a return PM. This site is golden and we are proud to be a part of it!!
