Top this: I got banned from ALL of etool's sites - even sites I'd never been to. I got banned for telling the truth. etool claimed I was a liar. I posted screenshots proving what had been said. He deleted the threads, IP bannned me, then blanket banned me from all of his sites. Oh well. Can't say there's a single piece of info on any of his sites that can't be found elsewhere first.
i also got semi banned today because i had my company name in my sig wowwwwwwww. Im just gonna make a new sn that is the company name. They sure are insane over there
Don't worry, if I ever see Ekool in Albuquerque, I'll shit on his hood for you, no lie. He can't even post on the largest forum in the SW because everyone thinks he's a bag of dicks.

my explaination that led to the problem: Sorry guys we were definitly not looking forward to loosing vendor status on the forums but it is what it is and we can't control ekools decisions wether we feel their wrong or not. What happened is we broke two of his sacred rules. - Do NOT start a thread for a question or suggestion for the Moderators, please send a PM. We cannot possibly read all posts! - Do NOT post in a manner intended to provoke a negative response: This includes thread titles. Personal attacks will not be tolerated, if you don't agree with material posted, focus your argument on that material, NOT the person who posted it. What went down is Dave Kasper from bgchrysler was being bashed by another vendor (pro-motion tuning) and just wanted to be able to defend his products. Over on cherokee forums (red site) I emailed ekool and Hemee to please place him under our vedor status as southern hotrod did for mike@diablosport so any questions or problems could be anwered appropriatly the pm to both of them remained un-answered for almost 2 weeks and ekool and Hemee had both been online in the time period between the time i sent the pm and when the Chit hit the fan. I told Dave to go ahead and register as a member that the pm was sent to the proper admins and he should be ok, within 1 hour he was BANNED, I sent another pm asking why and that one was un-answered for a week. We decided to post in open forums to get an answer, which ekool said it was very inappropriate and that our vendor status was being reviewed and was in danger of being revoked, and that what happened between the admins and bgchrysler was none of our buisiness. Ekool would not let him become a vendor, saying for personal reasons he would not allow it. I asked ekool to please allow him to come under our vendor status and we assured him that we would control Dave's posts as Dave had agreed only to post tuning data under our section which we were moderators, and we would not allow Dave to sell anything, sales would have to go through us. Ekool said DENIED. With all this that happened we sent a formal writen resignation to vertical scope (the owners of all of the ekool forums). A representative from vertical scope called us about all of the issues that we were having, we explained she assured us she would take care of our issues and get back to us, we said that we did not want to resighn from the forums but the issues had to be resolved. She said that she would call within the week and we could make arrangements to continue as a vendor on the forums. She never called back, We attempted to pick up another forum and pay our quarterly dues on saturday and we recieved a PM from ekool saying: Mike, Due to some past issues I feel that it is in our best interest to decline your sponsorship request at this time. I have refunded your paypal payment. Thank you for your consideration and in the future after things have calmed down a bit, perhaps we can do future business together. We want to remain as vendors and wish that ekool would re-think his decision as we feel it will make a direct impact on the community, we have sent our appologizes to him and his staff numerous times, i guess it does not matter to him. We have seen the thread that was started questioning what happened to us and we really do appreciate eveyones concerns, but remember the questioning in that thread is breaking the rules, it shows that ekool has become alot more strict with his vendors than the forum members. i heard they were raping the vendors over there... what was going on that he kicked you out? all i read is that you stuck up for a vendor. you should reat the post over there about the guy from ptp calling out like 4 srtforums members. i dont mean this to sound like a douche, but the members technically pay the vendors bills. and some evndors dont realize that and reflect that by showing bad customer service. you and other compaies (like agp, modern prformance to name a few) show the gratitiude by providing great products at great deals with great service. i have bought many things from youand will continue to do so. you think i will EVER go to some of these other comapnies who cuss and threat thier customers? hell-to-tha-no!
