Guys, we're working on finalizing the dual TB setup. Below are some pics of one of the installs.

The price will be $1475 and includes dual CAI, electronics, second TB with everything to make it work. We currently are installing five test units and have been running two of them for the last three weeks. We will have dyno results in the next week or two.

    Enjoy:

    Nice setup! Clean.

I'm a novice, so what would you expect to gain (ballpark figures)?

Also, what size TB is it? 90mm?

what is the benefits of running dual tbs? wouldn't it still be bottle necking at the manifold? how is throttle response with them?

Just curious not pulling a CAI thread on ya.

A few things I don't want to let out quite yet but in a nut shell it operates off the stock 80 mm TB under normal driving so your tune won't change anymore than it would from the addition of the CAI. The secondary is a 65 mm unit as someone guessed and it does operate like a secondary on a quadrajet so it only opens up under full throttle. It can also be completely turned off. This means no drivability issues will be encountered at part throttle driving. So any tuning can be accomplished by just tweeking WOT fuel. As most of you probablly realize at this point the intake manifold entrance and directly behind will become the restriction. At this point, we are looking at offering the Y adaptor in a couple of configurations. Stock opening so you just bolt it on. A Y adaptor with an opening that matches the maximum crossection that is possible with the intake manifold without breaking into the o-ring groove. From what I have measured if you port the intake right to the o-ring groove the max diameter is 88 mm so we would offer a version that is for ported intakes at 88 mm. We may if there is a market additionally offer one for an intake that has been milled to remove the O-ring grove and that one would have a considerably larger cross section.

Always nice to see new mods for our beast. Any chance with water intake problems or having issues with the air having some back-up effect due to coming at the TB from two different directions? Can't wait to see the results. Nice clean looking work Brudda!
