I had a few questions regarding my tune (CMR features, timing, etc..) so I asked Dave a few questions. Without a complaint, negative comments or anything, he asked me to send him my current and original tune so he could CMR it, tweak it, and anything else he does to it. All I can say is WOW...he took a great tune and made it incredible! It is amassing the talent and skill B&G has to offer. What blew me away was the customer support and service B&G delivers.
