I thought I read on the last chat with the SRT engineers that the HIDs did have a self leveling feature. I'm not sure if it is all LX with Factory HIDs or just some. I think the level sensor is in the wheel well somewhere.

If this is really needed, not sure if the older non HID cars wiring harness will accept this new sensor...

I personally dont see where the self leveling feature is needed. My mom's caddillac has projectors and no self leveling feature. They were 10x as good as our stock lights. Just my opinion though

My wife's HIDS are not self leveling either.

the oems will require a custom harness to be made which msot likely will be very expensive. and will be a while before one is made

The old saying goes if theres a will theres a way. But the wiring harness are completly different the plugs dont match and the location of the wires are different. There needs to be a wiring schematic to be able to install these.

yea I had actually talked to marcel bout going with his setup, then I saw the OEM's so I decided to wait it out. I think I'll just go with marcel's setup in the end

if going with projectors the front fascia definately must come off. There's no way to get the housing on or off otherwise

you can just pop off the top rivets and screws and let it bend a bit. ive installed them without taking off the whole clip for a couple diff chargers...dont know about 300s or jeeps though.

The ebay ones are the same units as on Ron's and Chris's.... corrrect?.... And they bought the HID lights from you.
You mean you sell the same units with the HIDs installed?
Almost all the ones on ebay appear to be the same all the way down to the led strip.... are yours different than those and in what way?
