Has anyone used the brake rotors available on eBay from TriNet? I noticed that they offer a black plating. Would look pretty trick in a custom brake setup with some candy red painted calipers and black wheels Will this black plating wear off? Will the plating affect the performance of the brake system? it will wear off after a while as wheat said. I had similar brakes on my TL. It sure does smell horrible for the first few hours though.....haha!
