I believe (that) you're referring to Andy Fairwhether Low... Andy's a real journeyman guitarist..... You'll also see him on Concert for George standing near Jeffe Lynne (behind-right)... Andy's been a sideman for Eric for many years..... (total "steady Eddy")......
