Well, isn't it time for the "show" part of the show and tell? We've had plenty of "tell"... over 350 posts worth... with no show of the graphs.

Please post the graphs without commentary. We are capable of reading the graphs and drawing our own conclusions.

Give me a break. Good riddance.

And I think you are one of the legitimate people here trying to engage debate. No issues with anything you've said.

My only point is there seems to be a new expert popping up every hour to badmouth the TESTERS - and point out all the potential flaws.

Yet I haven't seen anyone step up to offer any test of their own.

I'm not a supporter or detracter of any of this. I'd like to see the results, and if the test can be improved upon by someone else, I'd like to see someone else do a test and post those results.

I don't have the ability to conduct such a test, so I'm not going to badmouth someone else's efforts.

I'd really like to see the dynos now............

The write up needs to be completed, We know you guys want it. B pretty stupid to just post 4 dyno runs and let you all have at it. Were gonna give it all to you at once. a tid bit here and a tid bit there would have this thread another 30 pages deep in no time. Frankly Im worn out. Spread sheets are being made in between car builds. We need to take care of the paying customers while the FREE SHOOTOUT TEST is done.

Hey everyone, I am new to this site, but not to others. I do not have an SRT, I have an R/T. I have read every page of this thread. It is very interesting and informative. The guys that keep bashing HOP and the vendors need to just SHUT UP!(cough cough...hemiguy, mr. 392........cough cough) This thread was meant to be informational and it has been.

Would we have ever found out about the rockers hitting the retainers? Not until the engine blew.

I just want to thank HOP for all the FREE hard work and all the vendors.

New to this particular forum, but have followed this thread from the start; I wish I had more substancial information to offer except for this:

Thank you to HoP and the vendors who supplied their time, product, supplies, and hours of free labor to perform a test that only they themselves have the right to critique. All the nay-sayers...go do your own test and report back to us your results.

I along with others who understand what is being attempted here, it is not perfect.

To read this many messages in a single thread from those who believe their harsh and politically incorrect opinions hold ANY water, or will cause the "owners" of this show to drop everything and re-do the test...you are mistaken.

I strongly suggest that those amongst us who believe some good information will be extracted, to IGNORE those who insist on blackening what was started in good faith, and continues.

Trolls use words and phrases to evoke emotional responses from all of us. Avoid responding...period. Ignore them outright and they no longer having an audience...

We all patiently await the results gathered on your dime, and only when you are ready to release it...

I just want to see the dyno sheets overlayed...cause lets be honest peak numbers arent the best thing in the world. I want a fat tq band and I would sac a few HP at peak rpm for it.

Can I make the suggestion that the results are put into:

    1. A different thread that the info is posted then locked so people can look at it without all the clatter.

    2. A link is made in that thread to a new thread is started to go along with the thread with the results to talk about the results.

As a mediator in some hostile situation I have been privy to I would suggest this to allow people to view the findings and another area to discuss them.

Please consider this suggestion for the good of the LX Community, Chris and Josh I know what I am talking about when it comes to matters such as this.

You can place blame where ever you like, the fact of the matter is that this test was conducted by a vendor with the participation of other vendors.

This forum did not fund or organize this test. This was conducted privately and for experimentational reasons only.

So HOW exactly is SRTConnection held responsible? lol Obviously you have a personal objective in this matter, and since you are not getting your way, you point fingers somewhere else and run for the hills. lol

    Nice try.

It is sad, because your second post was actually bringing up some valid discussion. Oh well, I guess the interenet IS serious business. lol

    Have a great day.

If HOP would like i would contribute $100:00 dollars for tuning of the heads that did the poorest in the test.
I would be willing to pay another $100;00 dollars towards expenses of any staff member who would be willing to verify the test results.
Almost everyone agrees that all heads should have been tuned to there maximum potential, and they were not.
The offer is on the table, anytime someone wants to conduct the test.

    Jees...
This thread alone has gotten several new members and attracted a lot of attention to the SRT Connection. Proving the "C"'s power and it's weakness also, but all forums have this weakness...unless they are locked down in a socialist government fashion.

I too x10 RedFox0099 idea. The results should be on a LOCKED down sticky with maybe only the opening post, the post showing the finish order, and the dyno sheets and people can start their own threads with opinions.
This happens with all the test threads.
Of 378 posts now there are only about 25 that are worth reading and this makes it impossible to get the info we need.

This reminds me of some of the DiabloSport Predator threads on LX forums. There are 1000's (I bet close to 3,000) of posts on about 3 threads and less than 100 that mean something.
You spend hours to find anything important.
