I used the Ruff Stuff spray you can get at Autozone it covers rust and has a semi gloss finish, you can paint the whole cover in 2 minutes

    As far as i know.....nope.
Just a bunch of hype with no accurate, readily accessable, back to back comparisons against others for us to view.
I had high hopes for this product and with all the skepticism about it you'd think the company would be all for a 3rd party unbiased test to prove their products value. Too bad though.

Seriously man.... I suggest you buy an aftermarket intake because you like the way it looks and for the sound. Get the new GSM I-Charger kit if you are looking for power.

You would think that Hammer would have got the thing done weeks ago....I mean I remember first hearing that this thing was going in for "testing" probably 6 months ago. That is when Chase first brought it up. Then weeks ago the first model was out. And then there were 400 pages of posts stating that the Hammer "would" be the greatest. I guess the problem I am having is....where the hell is the thing???? I mean seriously, is it not their full time job to make intakes??? All I ever here is oh we are testing or oh we are having a fitment session.....blah blah blah. Its not that hard to make a damn intake.....So where is it????????

Funny how guys like jaystang, can, from the seat of there lazyboy, acting as arm chair quarterbacks,
hand out sage advice like throwing mud at a wall, hey better shot next time!!

If he (jaystang) had done his research about our products he would know that we have had our previous products independently and publicly tested
and been PROVEN to be the best available intakes for there respective vehicles,
AIRHAMMER for the LX hemi 5.7 and 6.1 engine, RAMHAMMER for the 5.7 RAM truck, H.O AIRHAMMER for the 3.5L LX cars.

Lets look at the facts shall we...

Independent testing conducted by LXFORUMS Oct 2006 AIRHAMMER
    http://www.lxforums.com/board/showthread.php?t=43246

    And I quote..
    "For the first time in the history of the MFO events, we have a group of intakes that deliver significant performance increases on a stock 5.7L;
and the AirHammer topped them all by producing average of 9.9hp and 8.8trq over the stock air box."

Or maybe from one of the staff here SRTConnection (JMATT)
    http://www.lxforums.com/board/showthread.php?t=86882
This one is a favorite of ours because we openly challenged Matt, in a cordial and friendly way, that in fact the AIRHAMMER would do as we promised, in fact it did even better!

Further, show me another intake manufacturer that has openly allowed there product to be tested in such a public way!!!

There are many more on other forums but I don't think the admins here will appreciate a bunch of links to other forums.
Bottom line is; we have proven we build the best, time and time again. The THORHAMMER, when released,
will also rise to the occasion and prove itself with independent testing and by our customers.

Further we have for a year now openly challenged ALL manufacturers of air intakes to beat our H.P and torque #s
and have offered to meet and publicly test against all current manufacturers..
given a reasonable set of test parameters, to prove us wrong..

:imao: Thanks, I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. Independant tests are forthcoming and results will be posted in the very near future. Best of luck to you guys.
Also not sure why you felt you had to attack Jayzstang for posting his opinion regarding your handling of the Thorhammer. He is a knowledgeable consumer, even though he (nor you for that matter) doesn't posses an engineering degree.

BTW, here in the US we use ten digit phone numbers.

Funny guy!!, hey if we were like other manufacturers, that paint up some Chinese plumbing tubing and slap a sticker on it without doing real testing and engineering to make there product the best than yes we might have it out sooner.

    No wine before its time..

For those that demand the best, your intake will be available within the next few weeks and we are currently taking pre-orders for those that know us and our quality. Judging by the pre-order list this is quite a few!

Funny how you try and redirect the point of discussion away from independant tests of your product to one that's already been proven time and time again in truely objective testing. Nice attempt at a diversion, but you'll have to be a bit more coy next time.

You know I have yet to post in any of these threads cause its none of my buisiness, i do a search on bwoody and this comes up again, wheelife why exactly are you calling us out? We have already sent our intakes out for independant testing which is what most of these customers are asking for. I feel for you guys with all the demands for independant testing and such we recieved the same responces when we released our intake to the GCSRT-8 community. The point is you can call us out all you want we sent 6 intakes out at or below cost to satisfy the community for independant dyno results, maybe Airhammer should try the same to satisfy the community instead of calling other manufacturers out.

    Thanks,
    Mike

Oh yeah.... How do you guys like the sound my GC makes on that driveby?????

Focus guys.... My intake might make (-)10hp, and I would still keep it! ....Well, probably. In any case, I was posting this video as a sound demo. Can you guys do the HP pissing match on the "other" thread?
