9" filter, 4 1/2" i.d. tube, IAT relocated 16" downstream. Front grill facia trimed from direct ram air effect, shroud around filter in engine bay to direct ram air effect.

Gains are substantial but they are waiting on another truck to verify the initial results.

Thats nice Andy, very nice. I like the way it angles better than the K&N setup that has the filter going the wrong way

lol we have seen the other results from some others which is why we are waiting for back-up. the last thing we want to do is post numbers and start a war.:viking:..lol happened too many times before. but we feel that gains can be acheived with this intake. time will tell:whistle:

    That's cool.
    Just to let you know:
EVERY intake mod for the SRT-10 trucks has been tested, re-tested, made to go to summer school, then tested again.
Some of the testing was controlled; others were non-controlled.

    The List:
    - Hen**$$**
    - Volant
    - K&N
    - Mopar
    - JMB

NONE of the intakes produced any significant (more than 5 HP) gains.
Most reported a slight increase in MPG, but that's about it. Oh, and we all love the sound!

The stock air box on the SRT-10 trucks is a pretty damn good basic ram air system.
Many owners go with a simple K&N drop-in air filter and call it done.

But remember Kevin..if it looks bad, sounds bad then it is bad..:viking:..Arguements over the CAI spreads across every vehicle forum...I have seen proof go both ways as far as HP increases....though I do agree that the Ram SRT10 probably has the best flowing air box of all the SRTs...

Nothin' against your CAI, Gregg. I have no doubt that it sounds badass; it certainly looks cool.
    The name's pretty sweet too.

I'm all for more options and accessories when it comes to these trucks.

we have so far the highest rated increase in hp on the jeep srt8 cai on the market. time will tell with the ram intake but for now it looks and sounds great. there will be more products coming in the future. and the local tracks start opening next week.
