Folks, I hate seeing public "calling outs," so I don't want this to be that, but I'm also not sure how to get any clarity. So far, everyone's had a great experience ordering from TLS. It's what prompted my purchase, as I'm not one to usually just Paypal a stranger money. About how long did it take to get your order? I ordered my LED kit 11 days ago, and haven't seen any sign of it. Basically...sent my money and didn't get any kind of response back. No tracking number, no "hey, thanks for your business, I'm going to send this out tomorrow..." Tried contacting Marcel via PM, and no response to that, either. There's no website, phone number, etc to check out or call... Anyone have any insight? People on here that I trust have had a great experience, so I'm sure it's just a coincidence that mine is not going as planned... TIA
