SRT Track experience May 9-11 in Daytona

Who's going, We're getting a group up to go for those of you have not yet used your track experience ticket. We have a couple of options we're planning on staying may 9th through the 11th. We are leaving friday morning flying Southwest airlines, if anyone feels like we should all just rent a 15 passenger van and drive (I personnally do not want to drive it) we'll make that decision as a group once we have filled the group up of who is going. I also have a time share in orlando which is an hour away from Daytona, but I have already used my alotted time for the year, but I can still access a very nice condo for a very reasonable price for 12 people. If anyone else has access to a place to stay or any better ideas please speak up. If everyone is interested I can arrange all airfair and van rental for the 12 persons assuming everyone pays by a certain deadline.

EDIT: Just checked Southwest Airlines $168 round trip for that weekend flying out of BWI.

Villas are located in Daytona, Within 2-3 miles of the track.

We have three 5 star villa's booked for may 9th through the 11th each villa has 1 king, 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa, so they sleep 4-6 people. Some people may choose to have only 4 persons sleeping in their villa some may go to 6 it's up to you guy's how many persons you want staying with you, remember theres only 4 beds and 1 sleeper sofa per.

Prices are as folows:

Villa #1 - 585.92 tax included. 4-6 persons entire weekend

Villa #2 - 585.92 tax included. 4-6 persons entire weekend

Villa #3 - 585.92 tax included. 4-6 persons entire weekend

These Villa's are reserved and placed on Andy's credit card and payment must be recieved by FEB. 29th no exceptions. If you do not wih to stay in these accomodations please let me know so we can cancel the third.

Beside each persons name below I will mark you as paid as the payments are made, if you notice villa #2 already has a price set for four only, as villa #3 fills that price will be determined. We will be accepting all payments on Andy's behalf since he does not have a credit card terminal. To make your payment please call (410) 676-1042 10am-6pm m-f est.

Who's bringing the nitrous kit for the rental van?

 

I say we caravan down in BWoody's SRTs gumball style. Four in the Jeep, four in the Charger, and four in the SRT10. Last group there buys all the alcohol.

How much I may be in for this.

 

I will be at the Daytona Track experience on the 10th but I live in Orlando so I am just driving up for the day. If nothing else I am down for a few drinks after the event..:drunk::beer::beerchug:

 

Dont know yet Tony, southwest through BWI is $168 for a round trip ticket, we'll know by monday on the condo, I believe Andy is checking on prices as well.

I think allflashnocash and I are going to rent an Exploder (for ~$111 inc. taxes from the 9th to 11th). I'm thinking each villa shoud have their own ride to get back and forth from the track--they are located in Orlando not Daytona so we'll have to make a ~1hr trek back and forth on Sat/10th; so bring three nitrous kits Mike.

I used Hotwire.com but if anyone knows of a better such site please let us know.

Also, here is some info (floorplan, pics) on the villas; they must've used the same interior decorator as Mike:supergay::rofl::

I live about 10 miles from where you are staying. I can fit three in my Jeep or I can take the wifes Tahoe and fit five, if you guys need a ride to the event. Just let me know....

 

Inferno is a maybe for a slot in my Villa. Will know for sure Friday.
