Just call Scott at GSM and ASK what the additional $$$ gets you with his product. Then call Protorque and see what they say.
Mo Mo.....tisk tisk you really don't wana go there do you? Proven, reliable and blah.... Forget it...
Right now the big difference will be in the Piggyback Tuner and Auxillary Injectors... GSM currently uses the Split Second ECU and a Throttle Body spacer with Two Aux injectors. That in itself is is near 500 -600 more. The polishing for GSM's is more complex as Paxton will supply the polished blower while GSM has the After Cooler, Air Piping and a few other parts sent out for Polishing. That is why there is a 500.05 dollar difference. You can just purchase the Satin Finish for much cheaper.. I would NEVER recommend the 8psi setup for a stock internals motor. Too much PSI for the top ring lands. Jason, Paxton is used by GSM, not Vortex.
Ron... come on dude! I may be dumb as a rock when it comes to cars, but I knew this. RYAN is the bigger dumb asz, not I.
I'll remember that next time you need someone to translate, be a witness for a debrief or you ask me to PROOF READ YOUR REPORTS! Your rock dumber arz.:tooth:
There were two of your homies down at the Home Depot that were holding S/C installer signs up... check with them. Bet you can get a great deal...
All time low!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ronny Baby, How could you confuse me with that sorry excuse for a gay midget, "MOMO!" I am truely crushed. I'm getting a hair transplant, my ears/legs/back lasered, start doing whatever my wife tells me, spend all day at work and night at home on the forums, what a minute, chit that would make me just like MOMO. Oh crap I'm all confused am I a man, woman or just a white boy from Buffadoof, NY! :fear:
Listen here Mr. Karolina, Just because you come from the land of grilled cheese, lard, cat fish, family reunion sleep overs in your cousins bed, gun shell gathering for reloads in the garage, Bo & Luke Duke costume factories, dairy farms (AKA, first sexual experience), picture books, miracle whip and down right good time don't think you are any more American Mexican than me. Remember you've had plenty of Mexican in you:zorro:
I must say I am surprised that noone has mentioned GSM's reputation from the past. Granted, from the last couple of months worth of reading post associated with GSM it looks like they have turned over a new leaf. I, for one, did not have a very plesant interaction with them on my only 2 visits. But like I said....maybe it's a different story now. I live 8 hours away so it's not like I can drop by and check them out again.
Gsm GSM has gone through some growing pains. All their products are sound. GSM sells and installs its products, but the Chrysler product is new and the demand is not like Ford or Chevy. So the performance products for the 2 year old 6.1 have been "slow" to some to hit the market. GSM went through a period of heavy demand while products were just getting to the market.
