Well the interior mockup is successful. Everything works great with functionality lost. Even my 6'2" body can fit with no issues into the backseat and still fit many swapmeet auto parts into the back. Enjoy. :towel:

    ....freakin sweet!!!!!!

Real quick............is the back bar, all the way in the rear legal?

I mean coming down, then bending all the way to the rear.

If it actually rolled onto the roof hard enough, wouldn't that fold up?

Just asking, as I "thought" the rear bars had to be semi-straight or slightly bent the other way.

Not bustin on you, just asking, because it looks cool as heck.

I wish I had enough money to get a daily driver and go off on mine like you are.

    did it with the Cobra...................

Bryan had a NHRA Tech inspector stop by before he got started. I think everything is good to go!

    Time to Shine

O'K' I'm ready to move on to the next step. I just received my "car care" supplies. Take a look :drugs::drugs:

A few months ago I followed some post made by jdoria on this forum. We made contact and exchanged a few e-mails. What a great guy. He gave me a detailed write up on how he details the paint to perfect condition and suggested different products. Some people may remember some of the photos Justin posted. Truly an expert in what he does. Anyway, these are the products I chose:

Zaino - show car polish and all the other Zaino detail / car wash products.
Menzerna - polish for the chrome
    Quart Foamaster Foam gun
Poorboy's - Spray & Rinse for the brake dust and wheel cleaning
Spotless Water system - DI water and filtration

I will tell Bryan to pay special attention to the rear of the vehicle, so Andy at PPP has something nice and shinny to look at :dancing:

I think you might need to invest some money in the driver by the time all this is said and done! Screw it, it's AWD, just point and shoot right? ;-)

I think the real question should be: "lets see, should I buy another house......................cash, or build a fast toy".

I'm pretty sure the quote is "If you have to ask you can't afford it". Seems fitting for this build.. maybe at the end we will figure out a figure.. till then figure a 100k+ roughly.. that does include the truck though

Rear diff is a 1000 hp custom 9" ford built by Western Differential. Front is stock. We feel we should let the front spin rather then push our luck. Once a solution is worked out to strengthen the front diff drag radials will be up there also

With the front diff out, thought it was time to clean up the aluminum strut...things.
