Last nite 5 off us meet up at the 1/8 mile Irwindale drag strip and i made my 1st pass of the nite and was schocked i cut a perfect .500 lite. At 65 yrs old and after all the yrs of drag racing it finally came true. The rest of my times that nite were all red lites and had one at .642. The harder i tried the worst i got that nite.Lyle did get a .538 which is great in any race. Steve (sgt stanko) last nite ran a great 8.08 and Lyle ran a 2nd best of 8.13 with Andrew at 8.30, Lou at 8.37 and i was at 8.39. Way to go gang .
