    SRTers...

I am in need of front and rear brake pads for my CSRT8...need some advice...figuring most of the posts I found on a search were a bit dated...figured those who have tried other than OEM would have some good feedback...

Looking for little to no dust, no noise...

    Thanks in advance

I have had Posi Centrics and Satisfied pads on my car. I like both, but if I had to pick one over the other, it would be the Satisfied pads.

    Thanks Gents...

I did notice BWOODY carries the EBC pads as well...have been reading the reviews for the GCSRT8...I will check it out...

I will also take a look at the satisfied...

Summit Racing also has EBC Yellowstuff Kevlar pads for the SRT Brembos. I have the Satisfieds on the rear right now (still stock on the fronts) and they throw about 50% less dust than the OEM pads.

We carry both EBC's and the Centrics. The EBC's should be a slightly better "stopping" brake pad since they are more geared towards performance and are a harder pad (better for the heavy braking) while the Centric's are a good semi-metallic and what I consider a "stock" upgrade with slightly better stopping power. The EBC's historically are a little bit more prone to noise since they are a harder pad but it is rare. The Centric's are virtually noise free. Both have very low dust.

I don't usually push pads based on stopping power. Usually the improvements aren't seen. If you want a better stopping brake system, I would recommend upgrading to the stainless steel brake lines instead. These will give a noticeably firmer stop.

This goes out to the vendors...what do you think of the yellow ebcs vs the reds?
