The camera is a Canon HV20. HD Tape camera (Hard Disk and DVD cameras still can't touch the quality of tape). I was actually test driving Hal's new camera and I give it 2 thumbs up. I hooked it up to my TV through HDMI and it looked like broadcast quality. The real bear is upgrading the computer system to work with HD. It's a whole new beast and the files are HUGE. The camera can be bought retail for around $1000 or through Ebay for $700-ish. I'll be getting mine before Spring Fest.
