It’s with a heavy heart and much regret that I have to announce we are pulling the plug on the "Meet in the Middle Meet." The momentum, and more importantly support that we had in the beginning is gone. Without the LX communities support, we will surely fail. I know it has not been long since the re-announcement of the new plan, But the negativity that is surrounding this event is bound to seal its death. Just like the DFWLX Club, The sole reason I ran with the Middle Meet idea was for the people. I have never asked for money from the DFWLX club members, nor was the plan to make money / or turn a profit from the Middle Meet, with this model that puts the risk on my shoulders, and I can not afford the burden. I will fully refund those that have paid their fee. I will not be looking to 2009 and Beyond for a restructure and re-release. I plan to focus my spare time back on making DFWLX the best it can be, hopefully some one will pick up the "Middle Meet" concept and run with it….
