ok so here goes, I have been looking at srt4's for awhile now and but I have to say I still don't know a whole lot bout them. are there any common problems with the car.
my biggest concern is the transmission just because of the dodge logo. also obviously I wont get on it every time I drive it id like it to be a daily driver, are they good daily drivers or are they more of a weekend drive car? thanks for your time give me straight up honest answers .
    thanks,

String I have never owned an SRT4 so I cant help you much. I do know that a lot of people buy them for daily use because you get the best of both worlds: mileage and performance.

Somebody will chime in soon to help you with your decision. Reading past threads and doing a search will bring up a lot of info.

    And welcome to the site!

As far as a daily driver goes, they are great! I've had my car fo 6+ years now, and put on over 70k miles, with only your basic maintenance. Oil changes/trans flush/spark plugs, etc. The problem you are going to run into is finding one that hasn't been beat on. They are relatively cheap to mod, and get big power gains from...but that wears stuff out faster. And being that you're dealing with a Neon, people tend to think in terms of cheap power, not reliable power...
