I hope so. I know my manager wants to keep me. It's just a matter of whether the higher ups want to make the commitment. I know I made favorable impressions on at least two VPs, and a couple of directors. Plus I figured out they're referring different department heads to me for questions about syncing their databases with the one I developed. Still, I hesitate to get excited until I have something in writing.
